General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and baua888 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "baua888"). By accessing, registering on, or using the baua888 website located at https://baua888.net, or by placing any wager or bet through the baua888 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

baua888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended baua888 account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Attempting to open a second account — including under a different name or payment method — is a violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

baua888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration on the baua888 platform does not guarantee any right to use the platform indefinitely, and baua888 may at any time restrict, suspend, or close access to the platform or any part thereof.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your baua888 account credentials, including your username and password. baua888 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service, and that you change it regularly.

You must not share your account login details with any other individual, including family members or friends. baua888 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any wagering, deposit, withdrawal, or other account activity conducted using your login credentials — regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity — is deemed to have been authorised by you and will be treated as binding.

• You must notify baua888 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• baua888 will never contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from baua888 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• baua888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or where you have shared your details with a third party.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing baua888. baua888 recommends using a private, trusted network and keeping your device operating system and browser up to date.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the baua888 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). baua888 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time at baua888's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your baua888 account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take between 30 minutes and 24 hours to reflect, depending on the issuing bank. baua888 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within one hour of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. baua888 reserves the right to request full identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing; once processing has begun, the request cannot be reversed.

• All funds deposited into your baua888 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• baua888 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or anonymous payment methods.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering measure.
• baua888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures.
• Any attempt to use the baua888 platform to process payments without genuine gaming intent — including depositing and withdrawing funds without placing bets — may be treated as suspected money laundering and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

baua888 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty programme benefits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and/or communicated at the time the bonus is issued. The following general bonus rules apply to all baua888 promotional offers unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds issued by baua888 must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Welcome Bonus: The baua888 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. Players may only claim the welcome bonus once per household, device, and payment method. Abuse of welcome bonus eligibility — including opening multiple accounts — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be met. Expired bonuses and any winnings accumulated from them are forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are specified on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on the baua888 platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, baccarat, roulette, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. • Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet per spin or per hand is limited to ৳500 or the amount specified in the individual promotion terms, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: baua888 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, use of low-risk hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts identified as engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended without notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on baua888 — whether on sports events, live casino games, slots, or any other available product — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. It is your responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing a bet. General rules that apply across all products on the baua888 platform are set out below.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by baua888. baua888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from players identified as professional bettors or sharp accounts, without being required to provide a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within the relevant game lobby or sports betting market. These limits may change at any time and may differ between individual players based on account status and wagering history.
• Errors and Manifest Mistakes: In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds, a software malfunction, a human error, or any other form of manifest mistake, baua888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account. baua888 will not honour payouts arising from manifest errors, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Incomplete Events: For sports betting markets, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not conclude within the timeframe specified in the applicable sports betting rules, baua888 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to players.
• Result Disputes: The outcome of all games and sporting events, as determined by the relevant game provider's result feed or official sporting authority, is final for the purposes of bet settlement on baua888. Player disputes regarding results must be submitted to baua888 support within 72 hours of the result being published.

All live casino games streamed on baua888 are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's own documented game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. baua888 is not responsible for technical faults originating within the game provider's platform, and any such disputes must be directed to baua888 support who will liaise with the provider on your behalf.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baua888 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any other point, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the baua888 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using baua888 as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on baua888, including chip dumping in poker or pre-agreed match outcomes in sports betting.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent security features on the baua888 platform.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the baua888 platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known technical errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider for deposits made to baua888 without first attempting to resolve the issue through baua888 support. Chargeback fraud may result in legal action.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to open or use a baua888 account while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

baua888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, account inactivity, or a voluntary request from the account holder.

Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your baua888 account, you may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, you are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive balance will have funds returned to the registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. baua888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to accounts that have remained inactive for more than 12 months, deducted from the account balance, provided the account balance is greater than zero. You will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 36 months may be permanently closed.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the baua888 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting support.
